Some of the worst grammar I’ve ever seen in print! The writing is at about a 5th grade level at best. Several statements in the book are just plain false as well. I do believe some of the information is good, but serious discernment is necessary with this one.

I am very glad I borrowed this book from the prime lending library and did not pay for it. It basically says everything we already know - lose weight, eat healthy, exercise and get the right amount of vitamins and sleep. Near the beginning of the book, there are links to click that take you to websites to order expensive medical tests. After reading some of the information, I did a search on the internet and found whole sections of the information in the book were taken word for word from other websites.

Based on a quick review, I found this book to be an Easy read, and informative. I haven't been able to put his suggestions into actual practice yet but most of the suggestions seem to require only a willingness to learn and execute. These seem easy to do and doesn't require any equipment or cost. The book also includes a recommendation to get a comprehensive blood test through a certain company to determine your baseline elemental assessment of your blood, by clicking on a weblink, however, when doing so the link didn't work or information wasn't available. Why is a blood assessment recommended? The author's contention is that the overall health of a person includes the entire spectrum of adequate nutrition and address any deficiencies that may exist and should be addressed through supplementation. Better nutrition also supports better health that helps to address problems such as sleep apnea. Frankly, he takes a natural, non-evasive approach in addressing sleep apena, which in concept appeals to me. Will have to try it and see how it works.

This is a great book to help you understand the main problem behind sleep apnea, I now realize that many people are just treating symptoms but never correcting the main problem causing sleep apnea to happen. I think I have definaly got more info from this book than I expected. I have started following the body balancing routine and I must say that it is helping my apnea. I'm glad there is finally an alternative to CPAP and by reading this book it's really help me realize how to start correcting the actual problem.

I am so grateful to have found this book, it has changed my life! I have suffered with severe sleep apnea for several years, and I am finally achieving restful sleep after applying what I learned from this book. I think it is a shame that some have dismissed this method without considering and fully trying the solutions Mr. Schwartz has presented, the 7 key factors that can truly help in dealing with sleep apnea. He has studied the medical research on how specific nutrients influence sleep apnea, and lays out his points in a clear and easy to implement manner. I could not tolerate CPAP and was suffering with terrible apneas that left me exhausted and with significant morning headaches. I have been using this method for over a year and it works. Yes, you do need to buy supplements, but that is far less than the cost than medical devices, and it works! I find that if I quit taking some of the supplements I do not fare as well. If you are desperate for help other than the dental device (didn't work for me and hurt my jaw), or can't tolerate CPAP, I would very much encourage you to read this book and try this method. Thank you Michael Schwartz, well done.

I am so thankful for this book. I wish I found it before buying the expensive CPAP machine. I purchased the machine with the best intentions, but I cannot exhale. So my other choices are to purchase a more expensive bpap, do nothing, or try this method. After three nights I feel better already (not perfect of course) and my husband says I am much quieter. I am vitamin D deficient. Even before this book I noticed vitamin D helped me sleep better. I was also looking at taking supplements for most of what is recommended as I was told my thyroid is sluggish. It is nice to have a direction to take. It is especially helpful to have a vitamin D goal in mind. Last year I was at 18, this year I increased to 26 which is a long way from 60. It is hard to get doctors to prescribe vitamin D. Not sure why they are so afraid of giving it. Probably because it is cheap and fixes many diseases.The book also recommends allergy testing. I had this done many years ago when I was suffering from chronic sinusitis. It made a huge difference. I think the author gives good overall advice. The exercises are nice too.I like that this book tries to fix the cause and not just the symptoms.

I was feeling really bad and was researching sleep apnea cures and the information presented led me to the book Eat Right for your Blood Type and the diet has made a tremendous difference in my quality of life. Apparently what you eat can effect your sleep.The exercises are helpful because I did notice how weak my swallowing muscles are and I am working on strengthening them. I do not know if I will be able to get rid of my CPAP machine yet however I do believe I can improve my breathing and sleep by doing the suggested exercise. In any case it was more than worth the money to be introduced to a way of eating that I can stick to for a lifetime and see immediate results in terms of eliminating my cravings and a consistent weigh loss.

So much great information to consider and look into. This book was very easy reading for those without medical knowledge.
